Welcome! I am a certified clinical herbalist** and natural health counselor with roots deep in the traditions of Southern Folk Medicine. I seek health through individual wholeness, honoring the natural cycles of the body and seasons, and working with readily accessible, local plants whenever possible. I handcraft herbal products and offer classes and workshops both in person and online along with private consultations by appointment.
I am not a doctor. My goal is to gently guide and assist you on your personal wellness journey without judgment or preconceived notions. I take into consideration current health concerns, diet and lifestyle, overall state of mind, personal elemental constitution and other important factors. We will work together to formulate a natural health plan that works for you. I offer personalized assistance with herbal medicine, nutritional supplement recommendations, lifestyle modification, the art of mindfulness, and more.
My specialties include anxiety and stress management, trauma informed herbalism, insomnia, digestion support, and managing chronic illness. Please freel free to contact me if you'd like more information, or to schedule a private consultation.
