    Directions for Use:

    For PMS: Apply ½ to 1 teaspoon of cream to a soft tissue area (inner thighs, arms, or abdomen) once daily from ovulation to menstruation (3 weeks on, one week off during actual menstruation). For optimal absorption, rotate application sites.

    For Menopause: Apply ½ to 1 teaspoon of cream to a soft tissue area once or twice daily for three weeks then skipping one week, regularly. Adjust amount based on symptoms. Always rotate application sites for best results.
